Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging with tags attached

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Allurivra@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
